The personal data we collect is processed for the purposes of; responding to information requests, questions and complaints from you, planning and carrying out pre-registration and school introduction appointment processes, contacting you, with your consent, about our educational model, registration periods and developments related to our school, ensuring the security of our website, improving user experience and fulfilling our legal obligations, such as log records under Law No. 5651.

Habiterra Kindergarten does not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may only be shared, with necessary security measures, with; authorized public institutions and organizations (Police, Courts, etc.) in case of legal disputes or when required by legislation, and our domestic suppliers from whom we receive information technology, hosting and server services that provide the infrastructure of our website.

As the owner of personal data, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the KVKK.
